We had an event for my son, and I booked the location. My son wasn’t thrilled, and no matter how hard I tried to explain that we could do anything with the space-he couldn’t see it. Then I called Encore. We had been at an event the weekend before, and before we left, the host was kind enough to give me their number on the spot. I called on a Sunday-I thought I’d leave a message, but to my surprise-someone answered the phone. It was Rob and he invited us to his showroom and showed me all the possibilities and options at all different price points. He even met my son at the location and walked around, giving my son a vision, some different ideas. It was the first time he was excited about his party. And as they talked, we talked and my son was on cloud 9! Rob and Nicci were amazing. Constant communication throughout the planning process and post event. The detail, the pride in their work. They create memories beyond your wildest imaginations. It was hands down the best party my son had been at, during a year of these parties. When we walked into the location, it had been transformed from a ballroom, to a dance club and lounge. Adults were separated from kids but everyone was on the dance floor and then….Chroma-Tron showed up. The DJ music, the lights, Rob, and his entire crew gave my son the party of a lifetime. The dance floor was full all night long, and nobody wanted the party to end. No detail was overlooked, my son was happy, his friends were blown away, and nobody wanted it to end. The party may have ended, but our relationship with #EEG is still going strong. My daughter is counting down the days until it’s her turn. I had the pleasure of working with Rob, who provided both DJ services and an incredible LED robot for our event. Rob was flexible, fun, and a true professional.
