How long is the rental for?
Rentals are for 5 days. This includes 2 days before your event + the event day + 2 days after your event. So if your event is on a Saturday you will pickup the rentals on a Thursday and return them to our warehouse the following Monday.
Can I pickup my rentals?
Local pickup is available in Kentuckiana. The Ship Our Wedding warehouse address is 4228 Perry Crossing Sellersburg Indiana 47172.
Are kits easy to setup?
All DIY wedding décor and event décor kits include QR codes for fast access to setup tutorial videos. Some rentals are self explanatory so they don’t require these videos.
A majority of our rentals will setup in less than 5-minutes. Our DIY kits are made for beginners with little to no experience.
What if something gets damaged?
Minor wear and tear is normal. Anything beyond that will incur fees. Drapery, flower garlands, and electronics can not be soiled, stained, or damaged from sun, rain, or water. Fees are a bummer so please return the equipment in the same manner you received it.
Do drape kits include fabric & poles?
All our kits include everything needed to complete the setup. What is required will automatically be calculated when added to your cart during checkout.

Are the silk flowers realistic?
It is very common for guest to mistake artificial flowers for real wedding floral. It will be very hard to tell the difference when they are setup on tables and flower walls in the background of your photos. Enjoy a designer DIY wedding décor look without breaking your budget.

Our event production house can serve you in (3) ways:
