How do we sell more tickets?

Encore has an exclusive Pick n Play system that allows students in Kentucky and Indiana to log in and request songs before their prom.

This helps schools increase ticket sales and keep students engaged.

Students can add song requests and see which tracks are most popular once tickets are purchased.

Who handles announcements?

A majority of the time, the Senior Class Advisor or a Faculty member will announce the prom court. We can even bundle the best indoor fireworks in Louisville to use during your prom court dance.

Beyond this formality, our team will handle the rest of your announcements. We coordinate timing with your prom committee, announce the dinner, and adjust your schedule as needed.

What equipment do you bring?

Committees often tell us their last DJ wasn’t loud enough. That’s why we ask how many guests you’re expecting — so we can bring the right equipment.

Once we know ticket sales, we adjust to ensure enough speakers and Indiana & Kentucky uplights to cover your space.

Do you travel?

Our DJ company works all over Jeffersonville, New Albany, Floyd Knobs, Clarksville & the  surrounding Southern Indiana suburbs. We also have a nationwide company that ships DIY event decor kits.

Do you offer DIY décor rentals?
